1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through systevio.com is Systevio, based in Poznań, Poland ("Systevio"). For any matter concerning your personal data, write to contact@systevio.com.

2. What data we process and why

• Contact form — your name, email address, message, and optionally a timeline. We use these solely to respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
• Visit statistics — only with your consent — if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects data about how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, the tool runs in cookieless mode and cannot identify you.
• Technical data — Cloudflare, whose infrastructure serves this site, processes standard connection data (including IP addresses) to keep the site secure and fast, including protecting the contact form from bots (Cloudflare Turnstile).

3. Who we share data with

• Cloudflare, Inc. — site infrastructure and bot protection,
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — technical delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox,
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — visit statistics, only with your consent.

These providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on mechanisms provided for by the GDPR — the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. How long we keep data

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up cooperation. Cookie lifetimes are listed in section 6.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Just email contact@systevio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

6. Cookies

• Essential (no consent required): lang — remembers your language choice (12 months); sysconsent — remembers your cookie decision (180 days); Cloudflare Turnstile — tells humans and bots apart when the form is submitted.
• Analytics (with consent): _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics statistics (up to 2 years).
• Marketing (with consent): not currently used; the category may be used in the future, e.g. for advertising campaigns — always strictly with your consent.
